Service Cancellation / Termination Policy
In order to cancel your subscription:
Contact Customer Support and request to cancel. Have your company name ready. Once your account has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email.</p>
You may cancel services in accordance with terms and conditions of your Master Services Agreement and associated service quote. At a minimum, you are required to give 30 day notice for termination of services and are responsible for all services in the month of cancellation and the month following if falling within the 30 day window. i.e., if you cancel your subscription in August, you are responsible for August fees and those of the following month. Your service remains active and fully functional until the end of the 30 day period. After the end of that period, your account(s) will cease to work and you will not be charged again. It is not necessary to wait until the last day of the month to cancel your subscription.
If you have any problems canceling your service, please contact Customer Support at 1-321-610-5900.
Unless otherwise noted, payment for hardware, software, 3rd party services, and labor is due prior to ordering and commencement of work. Colocation services are billed in advanced while virtual and metered services are billed based on actual usage incurred during the previous reporting period. Taxes, shipping, handling and other fees may apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or other errors.
The terms and conditions of this Quote, SD Data Center’s Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), and the elements of the SD Data Center Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) (posted at https://www.sddatacenter.com/legal) specific to the services ordered by Customer and, where necessary and appropriate, any Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) are expressly incorporated, such that acceptance of the Quote constitutes acceptance of all such terms, which collectively shall be the Contract. Any terms set forth in the MSA which apply specifically to a scope of work not ordered by Customer on a Quote will not apply to Customer.
