    Of course. Our Remote Hands team is on-site and ready to help. We stock some replacement parts and can assist with locating the parts you need. We will also receive shipments for you and perform rack level equipment installation, drive swaps, cabling, etc. We’ll also assist with rack and power requirements if you are unsure about how much space or power your organization will need.

    During the on-boarding process, someone from your organization will be designated the Master List Administrator, controlling the list of employees or associates and allowing them full time unescorted access. Customer colocation space is secured behind an entrance mantrap, lobby mantrap, and secure doors leading to each data center room. All doors feature two factor badge and access code access, even from loading dock and maintenance areas.

    We even offer free coffee, beverages, snacks and have a few power, network, or fiber cables freely available in case you are in a pinch.
